Kindergarten Security Tightened After Frequent Security Problems Occurred

Kindergarten security was highlighted in recent years with frequent problems occurred. Children abuse were occurred frequently with numbers of news reported.

However, there always bad news and good news. A report in Beijing said kindergartens should have camera surveillance to cover all their public facilities and should designate security supervisors. Repeated vandal attacks on a Churchill kindergarten have forced Latrobe City Council to install security cameras to try and catch offenders in the act, news from Latrobe Valley Express, 13 May 2018. 


How to create a secure environment for preschool education is a matter of utmost urgency. The Beijing Municipal Education Commission has announced it will implement all-round supervision over all the city’s kindergartens, by installing surveillance cameras, assigning ad-hoc supervisors and strictly screening the credentials of staff members, the Beijing Youth Daily has reported.
